Privacy Policy (Haute Gala / Indure)
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through:
- Our websites and landing pages (the “Site”)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms and ads
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and direct messages
- Event registration, check-in, guest lists, and VIP lists
- On-site event photography/videography and related content capture
- Any other products, services, or experiences we provide in connection with Haute Gala and our partners
2) Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
A) Information you provide directly
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number / WhatsApp number
- Social handles (e.g., Instagram)
- Company/brand name and role/title
- Designer/sponsor/venue information (e.g., brand category, budget range, partnership interests)
- Messages you send us (forms, emails, DMs, support requests)
B) Event-related information
- Ticketing or RSVP information (if applicable)
- Seating preferences, VIP status, guest list information
- Media preferences (e.g., opt-out requests)
C) Automatically collected information (website/ads)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device/browser information
- Website usage data (pages visited, clicks, session data)
- Ad engagement data (e.g., viewed a video, clicked an ad)
D) Payments (if applicable)
If you purchase tickets or services, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We typically receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not store full card details.
3) How we use your data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
A) To provide requested information and services
- Respond to inquiries (designers, sponsors, venues, guests)
- Send requested materials (e.g., sponsorship deck, designer packet)
- Manage registrations, RSVPs, tickets, and event logistics
- Communicate important updates related to an event
B) Marketing and communications
- Send event updates, announcements, and invitations
- Contact you about sponsorship opportunities and participation options
- Share content highlights, recaps, and upcoming dates
- Run retargeting and performance marketing (where permitted)
C) Analytics and improvement
- Understand how our site and campaigns perform
- Improve ad targeting, content, and event experience
- Measure conversions (e.g., form submissions, ticket interest)
D) Safety and legal
- Prevent fraud and protect our operations

4) Legal basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies (e.g., EU/EEA/UK), we process your data under one or more of these legal bases:

5) Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads & platform data
If you submit your information via a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta may share the information you provide with us (such as name, email, phone, and any answers you submit).
- We use that information to contact you and provide the materials or opportunities you requested.
- Meta also processes your data under its own policies.
6) Cookies & tracking technologies
We may use cookies/pixels and similar technologies to:
- Measure traffic and performance
- Understand ad effectiveness
- Build audiences for retargeting (where permitted)
Where required by law, we use a consent mechanism for non-essential cookies. You can adjust cookie preferences using your browser settings and/or our cookie banner (if implemented).
7) Sharing your data
We may share personal data with trusted third parties only when necessary, including:
- Service providers (email platforms, CRM, form tools, analytics, hosting)
- Marketing/advertising partners (e.g., Meta) to run and measure campaigns
- Event partners/vendors who need limited information to provide services (e.g., check-in, badge printing, hospitality)

We do not sell your personal data.
8) International transfers
If data is transferred outside your country (including outside the EU/EEA), we take steps to use appropriate safeguards where required.
9) Your rights (GDPR & similar laws)
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

- Objection to processing (including marketing)

10) Marketing opt-out
You can unsubscribe anytime:
- Email: click Unsubscribe in any marketing email
- SMS/WhatsApp: reply STOP (or request removal)
- Or email us at hautegala@indure.co
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service/transactional messages (e.g., event changes, important confirmations).
11) Event photography & videography
Haute Gala events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and editorial purposes. Content may include attendees, designers, models, sponsors, and guests.
How we use event media:
- Social media posts, Reels, recaps, and highlights
- Press/media coverage
- Promotional materials for future editions
Opt-out / removal requests:
If you want to request removal of a specific image/video where you are identifiable, contact hautegala@indure.co with:
- A link or screenshot of the content
- Your name and event date
We will review and respond as quickly as possible. (Note: some content may be controlled by third-party media/press or other attendees.)
12) Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Lead data (designers/sponsors/venues): typically kept for 12–36 months to manage ongoing opportunities
- Event guest/VIP lists: typically kept for 12–24 months
- Analytics data: typically kept per platform settings and legal requirements
You can request deletion earlier (see Section 9).
13) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse.
14) Children’s privacy
Our services and events are not intended for children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
15) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
